Through Californians Building Bridges, Darius founded Project Havana a humanitarian project dedicated to making a difference in the lives of the Cuban people through providing grants and donations of supplies to charitable organizations.     Tim Lynch is the President of Platinum Advisors’ Sacramento, serving private sector and local government clients in state legislative affairs. Prior to joining Platinum Advisors, Tim worked as a consultant for a national management consulting and research firm dedicated solely to serving public sector clients. He later served as the Director of Governmental Affairs for a large California trade association in which he was responsible for the association’s legislative program and covered a broad array of policy areas such as managed care, Medi-Cal reimbursement, and workers’ compensation. Mr. Lynch also administered the Association’s political action committees and managed grassroots political action and fundraising efforts. Tim holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of California-Davis.

Beau served the California Trucking Association as both Director of Public Affairs and head of Government Relations. Beau served U.S. Senator Pete Wilson in the Defense and Foreign Affairs Department, and as Legislative Staff and Committee Consultant for the Minority Ways and Means Committee specializing in budget appropriations. He has traveled to Nigeria on behalf of the International Republican Institute to address the Peoples’ Democratic Party on grassroots political organizing. Nick helped navigate former-Lt. Gov. Abel Maldonado’s drawn-out confirmation process through the California Legislature, and served as his legislative director and chief of staff. He directed corporate communications for Blue Cross of California and WellPoint. During the Schwarzenegger Administration, Nick traveled to dozens of states as well as Austria, Hong Kong and China leading event planning and coordination for the Governor.

    Steve Wallauch has been a registered lobbyist for more than 20 years. Steven Wallauch is a leading Capitol specialist in transportation policy and public transit issues. Other areas of expertise include municipal planning, local economic development, water district policy, public works policy and public infrastructure finance. Steve was the point person for legislation authorizing the construction of the first high-occupancy toll lanes in Northern California. Steve addition to his legislative activities, Mr. Wallauch works extensively with the California Transportation Commission, Caltrans and the California Air Resources Board in the interests of his clients.     Charles Fina is the Financial Controller for Platinum Advisors and CEO Darius Anderson’s other business entities operating out of Sacramento, San Francisco and Sonoma. As Controller, Charles is responsible for the financial, treasury management and tax reporting of approximately 30 entities. Charles has worked in various private and public business segments. His other financial roles have included real estate development and property management, software development, e-commerce and manufacturing, and production. Charles earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in accounting from California State University-Fresno. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of California.

    Danny Offer serves as a legislative aide at Platinum Advisors, organizing conferences and conference calls, scheduling a dizzying series of legislative delegation meetings and arranging appointments with the Governor’s staff, agency secretaries, and department directors. Danny drafts and delivers position letters to committees and legislators, and directs traffic for committee testimony. Clients depend upon him for quick updates on the status of bills, and distribution of newly introduced or amended legislation. Danny recently joined Platinum Advisors, as part of the merger with Suter, Wallauch, Corbett & Associates, where he had worked for five years as legislative aide and office manager.

  • Joseph Devine

    Joe Devine joined Platinum Advisors in 2013, and serves as a legislative assistant for the Sacramento office. In this role, Joe assists with legislative tracking and analysis, event planning, letter writing and editing, scheduling, client outreach and procurement. Previously, Joe worked as a legislative intern for Aaron Read and Associates and its sister company, Marketplace Communications. Joe implemented webinar software to streamline client communication, worked on multiple ballot initiatives and assisted with the rollout of PG&E’s SmartMeter media campaign. During his tenure, Marketplace Communications received four esteemed Pollie Awards from the American Association of Political Consultants. Joe attended studied communications and public affairs at California State University-Chico, where he was an active member of the community and the student organization, Students of Communication Studies Club.

    Mandy Lee is a distinguished public affairs professional with over 10 years of government relations, public affairs, political campaigns and public service experience. She serves Platinum’s health care and technology clients on an array of issues, helping them navigate through the complex world of politics and policy in the state Legislature. Prior to joining Platinum Advisors, Mandy served as the Vice President of Government Affairs at the California Retailers Association (CRA), one of the preeminent voices for the California business community in California. There, she served as the chief in-house lobbyist representing the retail industry before the state Legislature and various regulatory bodies. In this role, Mandy also administered the Association’s powerful Political Action Committee. Mandy started her career in the public service, having served in a number of capacities in both houses of the California Legislature. In 2016, Mandy was nationally recognized as one of the top Asian American Pacific Islander political operatives and public affairs professionals under 40.  She holds a bachelor’s degree from California State University-Hayward in political science and pre-law studies.

    Marisol Lopez’s expertise ranges from strategic consulting to assist businesses to expand and thrive, to building grassroots coalitions between local governments and key constituency groups. In the corporate sector, she provided strategic guidance on business development to Sanrio Company, Ltd., a Tokyo-based company with distribution channels throughout Japan, Southeast Asia, the Americas and Europe. Marisol led a successful grassroots coalition that provided significant strategic support to Congressman Ronald V. Dellums’ mayoral campaign, and then joined the Dellums Administration, first as Special Assistant to the Mayor, and later Chief of Staff. Fluent in Spanish, Marisol graduated from UC-Berkeley, with a bachelor’s degree in American Studies: Urban Economic Development and Public Policy.
