Through Californians Building Bridges, Darius founded Project Havana a humanitarian project dedicated to making a difference in the lives of the Cuban people through providing grants and donations of supplies to charitable organizations.     Steve Wallauch has been a registered lobbyist for more than 20 years. Steven Wallauch is a leading Capitol specialist in transportation policy and public transit issues. Other areas of expertise include municipal planning, local economic development, water district policy, public works policy and public infrastructure finance. Steve was the point person for legislation authorizing the construction of the first high-occupancy toll lanes in Northern California. Steve addition to his legislative activities, Mr. Wallauch works extensively with the California Transportation Commission, Caltrans and the California Air Resources Board in the interests of his clients. He is active with statewide associations such as Transportation California, the Self-Help Counties Coalition, the California Transit Association, the League of California Cities, and the California State Association of Counties.

    Marisol Lopez’s expertise ranges from strategic consulting to assist businesses to expand and thrive, to building grassroots coalitions between local governments and key constituency groups. In the corporate sector, she provided strategic guidance on business development to Sanrio Company, Ltd., a Tokyo-based company with distribution channels throughout Japan, Southeast Asia, the Americas and Europe. Marisol led a successful grassroots coalition that provided significant strategic support to Congressman Ronald V. Dellums’ mayoral campaign, and then joined the Dellums Administration, first as Special Assistant to the Mayor, and later Chief of Staff. Fluent in Spanish, Marisol graduated from UC-Berkeley, with a bachelor’s degree in American Studies: Urban Economic Development and Public Policy.

    Linda Le joined Platinum Advisors as the Office Manager and Special Event Coordinator. Her responsibilities encompass many aspects of the business, including day-to-day operations, managing all administrative responsibilities, and assisting with exciting, memorable and successful meetings and events. Before joining Platinum Advisors, Linda worked in a broad range of management roles in nonprofit organizations and the retail sector.

    Jay Wallace is a partner in Platinum Advisors and is its General Counsel. Jay has been with the company since its founding in 1998. He is a licensed attorney in the State of California. Jay currently represents developers, real estate professionals, transportation, engineering, hospitality, retail and educational clients, businesses and entrepreneurs in local jurisdictions in the Bay Area. Jay’s clients and partners include, and have included, Lennar Urban, Wilson Meany, Aquarium of the Bay, AECOM, ARUP, John Stewart Company, AT&T, PG&E, Solar City, Station Casinos, Delaware North Companies, JMA Ventures and HBK Engineering. Prior to joining Platinum, Jay worked at the San Francisco City Attorney’s Office, and in two San Francisco law firms where he focused on real estate transactions, entitlements, CEQA, business formations, general corporate work and business litigation. Jay is a Board Member of Community Housing Partnership, a San Francisco non-profit focused on providing services and housing for the formerly homeless. Jay has also served on the Board of Directors for the Port of San Francisco’s Waterfront Land Use Advisory Board, the San Francisco YMCA and the San Mateo County Peninsula Coalition. Mr. Wallace is also a partner in Kenwood Investments, LLC, a private real estate development company, that Darius Anderson and Jay Wallace founded in 2000. Jay holds a juris doctorate degree from Hastings College of the Law and an undergraduate degree from Pitzer College.
