Danny Offer

Danny Offer joined Platinum Advisors in 2011 and has lobbied for nonprofit clients for the last 3 years. He has more than a decade of experience in various capacities working for local governments including Alameda, Orange, San Bernardino, the City and County of San Francisco, and Ventura Counties. 

He regularly testifies before committees; lobbies legislators, and state officials on legislation, the budget, and regulations; advises clients on policy development and strategies; collaborates and coordinates with stakeholders on common areas of interest; and communicates information, impacts, and context to clients. 

Danny is a family member himself who came to NAMI over a decade ago when he and his mother began attending NAMI Sacramento family support groups. He is driven by a desire to serve as an interpreter and a navigator for an extremely complex bureaucracy so that we all can become better advocates for those that we love.

Danny resides in Sacramento with his wonderful, extremely wise wife and the three cutest children you have ever seen. His hobbies include photography, music and bicycling through our beautiful American River Parkway.
