Tim Lynch

Tim Lynch is the CEO of the Sacramento Office and serves Platinum Advisors’ private sector and local government clients in all aspects of state legislative affairs.  Prior to joining Platinum Advisors, Tim Lynch worked as a consultant for a national management consulting and research firm dedicated solely to serving public sector clients. In his capacity as consultant, Tim worked with both state and local governments on a variety of projects across a number of policy areas.

Tim began his political career when he joined the staff of a freshman Assemblymember from Los Angeles County. As a Legislative Aide to the Assemblymember, Tim was responsible for shepherding bills through the legislative process, writing speeches and press releases, and serving as a primary contact for constituents.

Tim later served as the Director of Governmental Affairs for a large California trade association. As Director, Tim was responsible for the association’s legislative program and covered a broad array of policy areas such as managed care, Medi-Cal reimbursement, and workers’ compensation. Tim also administered the Association’s political action committees and managed grassroots political action and fundraising efforts.
